Community Health Network Foundation
At Community Health Network, health and safety remain our top priorities. Community Health Network Foundation has taken several measures, including working remotely, with the intent of best protecting and serving our patients and communities, as well as our caregivers and also donors like you.
As Foundation team members will not be onsite to process gifts, the most efficient way to support Community's caregivers and patients at this time is through online giving. Our secure donation page is accessible through the "Donate" button below. For questions about financial gifts, please contact the Foundation at give@eCommunity.com or 317.355.GIVE.
We aim to keep you - our generous partners - updated on both the impact of your gifts and on the latest news and information to support the health of you and your family. Take a look at the video below to see some of the ways your gifts made an impact in 2020, and learn more about the COVID-19 vaccines by clicking the button below.
Much progress has been made in the last year regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. Yet, the ripple effects of 2020 continue. The increase of mental health challenges for both adults and children is a growing health crisis. We know too that the health-related social needs of our neighbors are on the rise, as the economic impact of the pandemic continues to affect family and individual finances.
With the support of donors like you, Community Health Network offers programs that strive to address these challenges and more. Donor-funded efforts aim to reduce barriers to health and help more men, women and children in our communities access the care they need, where and when they need it most. Watch our latest episode of Stand By Me to learn more about these programs as well as for a look-back and look-ahead regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.
Make an Honor or Memorial Gift
Since 1976, Community Health Network Foundation has worked to raise and steward financial support for Community Health Network, a non-profit health system providing a full continuum of care through more than 200 sites and hundreds of physicians throughout Central Indiana.
Our mission? To support Community Health Network’s commitment to improve the health of the communities we serve.
All operating expenses of the Foundation are covered by Community Health Network, while generous sponsors fund the overhead costs of our annual fundraising event The Giving Gig. Thanks to this support, 100 percent of all donations made to Community Health Network Foundation benefit patients and help to fulfill the mission of Community Health Network.
From how Community was founded on philanthropy to testimonials from grateful patients recently impacted by Foundation programs and services, our storybook brings to life the work happening thanks to the generosity of donors across Central Indiana.
Together we can build a stronger foundation for health
We invite you to join us in giving back to make our community a better place. Honor your caregivers by sharing about your experience or invest in programs offered solely because of generous donors like you. No gift is too small, and your support can help us help people of all ages. Together, we can help patients find healing and hope. Together, we can improve and save lives. Together, we can build a stronger foundation for health in Indiana.
Community Health Network Foundation is governed by a board of directors composed of several Central Indiana corporate and civic leaders dedicated to improving the health of the communities we serve.
