This 2 1/2 hour class is for future parents, parents and grandparents. It is an American Heart Association Family & Friends course, taught by an AHA certified instructor. The hands-on instruction covers infant, child and adult CPR. Additional take-home materials from the American Academy of Pediatrics on the subject of Safety and Prevention are included.

This 2 1/2 hour class is for expectant parents who have had their first baby and need a refresher. The RN educator will discuss how you might expect pregnancy, labor and recovery to be different this time around. Preparing your other child will also be addressed. A tour of the maternity unit is included in this class.

The AARP Smart Driver Program recognizes the need to help older adults improve their skills and prevent traffic accidents. The Driver Safety Program is offered to all motorists ages 50 and older. The 4-hour classroom refresher was the first and is now the largest, nationwide comprehensive curriculum designed especially for older motorists.
Lunch is provided by the event sponsor.
Course is $15 per AARP Member, or $20 Per Non-AARP Member, please bring payment to class.

Bariatric Services offers free surgical weight loss information sessions for individuals interested in learning more about bariatric surgery. This class reviews the anatomy of the surgery, diet plan, lifestyle changes post-surgery, and a forum for you to ask questions.

Patients interested in the LapBand procedure should attend one of the Community Hamilton Pavilion sessions.

Community South - If you are a potential surgery patient, the session could last up to 3 hours.

Our Connections of Hope support group is our new six week structured support group for families who have experienced the loss of a pregnancy, infant or young child. We hope to create a sense of community while validating your feelings and meeting you where you are in your journey of healing. This group is free of charge though registration is required. All supplies will be supplied. Feel free to bring a snack or a drink.

This class meets one evening per week for 4 weeks. It is recommended for all first-time moms and dads/partners. The RN educator will cover the labor and birth process, relaxation and comfort, pain medication options, postpartum and newborn care. A tour of the maternity unit is included in this class, please do not register for a tour separately.

Please register with your partner as partners cannot be assigned for attendees. Play and scoring regulated by Indianapolis Bridge Center. Partners cannot be assigned for attendees.

Partner must also be enrolled.
