Make a Difference

The Sr Financial Analyst for the Provider Compensation team will be responsible for calculating provider compensation in accordance with provider contracts and network compensation guidelines. This role works directly with operations to model and manage provider compensation, highly visible, fast-paced role with the opportunity to significantly contribute to the success of not only the finance team, but the Ambulatory Services vertical of Community Health Network. The Analyst will ensure provider compensation is calculated and paid in accordance with provider contract and Network compensation guidelines and will provide analytical support for compensation modeling. Desired individual is financially savvy, possesses exceptional analytical and customer service skills, and wants to be part of something much bigger than one’s self.

 

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

  • Four (4) or more years of finance and/or accounting experience. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field of study required.
  • Prior auditing or similar background preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including experience with v-lookup and pivot tables is expected.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Existing knowledge of or adequate foundation to learn and comprehend risk-based auditing principles and processes in support of compliance risk.
  • Building collaborative relationships with trust and integrity.
