Make a Difference

The Credentialed Trainer is responsible for delivering end user classroom, web-based and/or virtual training, supporting curriculum updates, and providing “at the elbow” support for employees.  You will collaborate with team members on tasks and projects.  You will help develop training curriculum and course materials as system updates occur and training needs continually evolve. This role will require travel to various Community Health Network sites of care.

 

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, training, clinical area, or related field required.
  • One (1) or more years of experience in education, training or a clinical background required.
  • Previous experience with Epic strongly preferred.
  • Must achieve Epic credentialed trainer status within 8 weeks of hire.
  • Must demonstrate a dynamic presentation style, professionalism, and trouble-shooting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, both written and oral, as well as presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, OneNote and Teams.
  • Responsive and flexible, open to changes in training materials and class assignments on short notice.
  • Display a personal passion for educating others; create an engaging learning environment and enhance the end user learning experience through creativity, enthusiasm, and high energy.
