Make a Difference

The Acute Care Clinical Solutions Applications Analyst will support the Acute Care Solutions suite of third-party applications. The Analyst will oversee and coordinate all server and application upgrades or updates. They will also be managing and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure consistent platform support. The assignments/tasks may include planning, system analysis, application building, testing, maintenance and support.

 

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree in Information Technology or a healthcare field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Information Technology and/or healthcare experience required.
  • Knowledge of the following applications is preferred, Vocera, Cipher Nurse Leader Rounding, CBORD, Rauland Nurse Call and ProVation.
  • Strong networking, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Highly process oriented with the ability to view things through both a technical and operational lens.
