COVID-19 Testing: If you have a primary care provider, call the office for testing questions and next steps. Testing at Community drive-thru tents is ONLY available with a provider order (see tent testing info). COVID-19 testing is available at MedChecks and Community Clinic at Walgreens during scheduled visits as part of an evaluation (walk-ins not accepted).

Hiring Bonus!
Registered Nurses with at least one year of experience can earn up to a $5,000 hiring bonus with a one-year commitment to the network for those hired at 0.6FTE and higher (pro-rated).
Medical Assistants (MAs) and LPNs with at least one year of experience can earn up to a $1,500 hiring bonus with a one-year commitment to the network for those hired at 0.6FTE and higher (pro-rated).

Where you fit in
The School Registered Nurse Ambulatory provides health services to facilitate optimal physical, mental, emotional and social growth and development for students within the schools. Cares for students with chronic health issues and helps identify health needs during the course of the school day. Provides health education, medication management, emotional support and referral to higher levels of care based on student needs. Supports the education process by working to assure the health of the students. Promotes healthy habits and overall health to strengthen maximum learning.
Your exceptional skills
Two years of experience working with pediatric patients required. Excellent communication skills; excellent team skills; compassionate and caring; accountable; self-directed.
Your exceptional qualifications
Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience. Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
