Connect: Community's All Team Experience
In November 2016, 13,000 Community employees participated in Community’s first-ever effort to invite every single team member to be part of a common experience—and it was quite the event! Over the course of three days, energy spilled out of the Indiana Farmers Coliseum and Champions Pavilion at the Indiana State Fairgrounds as employees built connections with each other, and with Community’s mission, vision and values.
Attendees listened as Bryan Mills, president and CEO, shared how successful the organization has been at creating an exceptional experience with every life touched. They heard stories of the difference we’ve made in our communities, on our teams and for our patients. They celebrated our 60 years of putting Patients First, and looked ahead to how Community will face the changing landscape of healthcare.
