Protecting patients and caregivers from communicable diseases
The Community Health Network mission calls on us to enhance health and well-being, and the very first of our values is putting Patients First. We have an obligation to all who put their health in our hands to create the safest environment possible. For that reason, as part of Community’s Culture of Safety, we require all on our team to receive annual flu immunization and provide documentation of immunization against such communicable diseases as varicella, measles, mumps, and rubella. We offer the opportunity to request consideration for medical or religious exemption in certain situations.
