Community Health Network is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, to join our Community Behavioral Health team at the Southpointe practice located in Greenwood, IN.
• Full time opportunity
• Outpatient setting, no call or weekends required. Monday – Friday (days), later or earlier coverage may be needed based on patient volume and needs
• Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in Behavioral Health within the adult and adolescent populations
• Clinical experience in this specialty as an advanced practice provider is preferred
• Must be highly accountable, hardworking, and independent

Licensure & Certifications
Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana
