The Patient Care Coordinator (RN) will be part of the leadership team responsible for supporting the operations of the preoperative, intraoperative and post-operative departments. Must exhibit excellence in clinical patient care, customer service, critical thinking, schedule management, relationship competencies, organizational skills and must act like a role model. Must demonstrate performance consistent with all professional standards of practice and care, mission, vision and policies of the Network. This role has authority and autonomy to ensure appropriate clinical and customer satisfaction outcomes as well as effective and efficient team processes.

The Patient Care Coordinator (RN) will possess strong written, verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skills. Will demonstrate ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task. Will be able to take direction well but also be self directed and motivated. Will possess a high degree of responsibility, responsiveness.
Your exceptional qualifications
Graduate of NLN, ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing, or three years related professional nursing experience. Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC). Minimum of 2 years+ experience working in the surgery environment. Prefer previous experience as a charge RN or previous supervisory experience.
