Community Health Network Specialty Pharmacy is a hospital-based pharmacy that provides exclusive services to our patient, hospital, and provider-based networks. We provide support for specialty drugs and support medications, support for our emergency room and discharge prescriptions, long term care and skilled nursing prescriptions, medication adherence programs and mail order support for medication management services. Our Pharmacy is a USP 795/797/800 compliant Compounding Pharmacy able to provide sterile and nonsterile compounded prescriptions individually customized to meet the changing needs of patients, physicians and hospitals.

We have a network of approved contract retail and specialty pharmacies that go through an accreditation process where an impartial organization reviews our operations to ensure that we are conducting business in a manner that is consistent with national standards. Accreditation is a sign of quality.
As part of the accreditation process, URAC conducts on-site surveys of the care and services we provide. During the survey process, a surveyor may have access to your personal health information.
