Community Physical Therapy and Rehab services are available throughout Indianapolis and the surrounding area. We have 20 Central Indiana locations to serve your rehabilitation needs, from physical and occupational therapy to pediatric services and speech/language therapy.

Physical Therapy and Rehab - West is located on the Indianapolis west side and offers convenient access to other Community health services and providers.

We also offer McKenzie Method, a certified hand specialist for custom splinting, and vestibular/balance therapy.
James Borcherding, PT, DPT, Cert MDT is a doctor of physical therapy who specializes in the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic conditions. James also has a special interest in the evaluation and treatment of the cervical and thoracic spine. Additionally, James is certified in MDT/McKenzie evaluation and treatment of spine and peripheral joints.
Andrea Buselli, MSPT, CLT, CPI is a physical therapist and certified lymphedema therapist with a special interest in orthopedics, Pilates-based rehabilitation and lymphedema management. Additionally, Andrea has advanced training in McKenzie Part A & B (lumbar/thoracic/cervical) and Graston Technique, and is Pilates certified (CPI).
Ashlee Lane, PT, DPT is a doctor of physical therapy who has a special interest in vestibular dysfunction, balance, vertigo, SI joint, pelvic dysfunction and general orthopedics. Ashlee also has advanced training in Maitland Manual Technique, Hesch Method for SIJ/Lumbopelvic dysfunction and vestibular training. Additionally, she is certified in Graston Technique (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization).
Gianna Pociask, PT, DPT is a doctor of physical therapy with a special interest in general orthopedics and neurological rehabilitation.
Kathryn Starost, PTA, ATRC is a physical therapist assistant and certified aquatic therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics and aquatic therapy. Additionally, Kathryn has advanced training in McKenzie Part A & B and is Graston certified.
Sandra Takoch, PT, CLT is a physical therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist with a special interest in orthopedics, women’s health therapy and oncology/lymphedema management. Additionally, Sandra completed her Certificate of Achievement in pelvic physical therapy.
Shaunna B. Lehman, OTR/L, CHT is a certified hand therapist who specializes in upper extremity rehabilitation, including the evaluation and treatment of conservative and post-surgery diagnoses, ultrasound, manual and tool assisted soft tissue mobilization and splint fabrication of the hand and wrist. She also has a special interest in neurological rehabilitation, neuromuscular re-education, wheelchair evaluation, and ADL functional retraining. Additionally, Shaunna is certified in instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (Graston Technique), is a certified hand therapist (CHT) and is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists.
