Leigh Ann Abbott, PT, MS, CHS is a physical therapist and women’s health specialist who specializes in women's and men's health including incontinence, pelvic pain, and pelvic muscle weakness. Leigh Ann also has experience with acute neurological rehabilitation and orthopedic disorders. Additionally, she has advanced training in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), McKenzie technique, Graston technique and has her Senior Strength Training Certification. Leigh Ann is also a certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist and has received the Certificate of Achievement in Pregnancy and Postpartum Physical Therapy Program (CAPP-OB).
Josh Blanchard, PT, DPT, Cert MDT, AT-Ret is a doctor of physical therapy who specializes in general orthopedics, with a special interest in the spine and extremities. Additionally, Josh has advanced training in the evaluation and treatment of the foot and ankle, knee, spine and shoulder, Kinesio taping techniques, Roy Matheson Functional Capacity Evaluation, and manual therapy including Graston ASTM. He is also certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) and is a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist.
Kathleen Brinegar, PT, DPT is a doctor of physical therapy with a special interest in general orthopedics, neurological rehabilitation, pediatrics and aquatic therapy. Additionally, Kathleen has advanced training in orthotics, early intervention with the pediatric patient, and pediatric pelvic floor dysfunction assisting patients with bowel and bladder incontinence.
Maria Dunlop, PT, CMTPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, sports injuries, SI joint dysfunction, ankle/foot injuries, running injuries, and performing arts rehabilitation. Additionally, Maria has advanced training in ASTYM and SI dysfunction, including Hesch Method. She is also Dry Needling Myopain certified (Levels 1, 2, 3 including advanced training in craniofacial, hands/feet, and pelvic floor), and is certified in the POSE training method for running athletes.
Maureen Hays, MHS, OTR, CHT is a certified hand therapist with a special interest in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. She is also skilled in the design and fabrication of orthoses/splints for the hand, wrist and elbow. Maureen is currently serving as adjunct instructor in the Occupational Therapy Graduate Program at IUPUI.
Roxann Moore, MHS, OTR, GBCLSS is an occupational therapist with a special interest in neuro rehabilitation, shoulder, elbow and hand rehabilitation and splinting. Additionally, Roxann has advanced training in ergonomic and workstation assessment, and adaptive equipment to promote functional and productive living. She also has extensive training in shoulder, elbow and hand rehabilitation, tai chi for arthritis, rehabilitation and falls prevention, and therapy for Parkinson's, stroke and dementia.
Jennifer Reynolds, PT, DPT, FMS is a doctor of physical therapy who specializes in orthopedics, SI joint dysfunction, foot and ankle injuries and treatment of runners and overuse injuries. In addition, Jennifer is certified in Functional Movement Systems (FMS), has received her Hesch certification for treatment of lumbar spine and pelvis, and has advanced training in the treatment of foot and ankle dysfunction and health promotion in young adults and adolescents.
Cathy Smith, PTA, AT-Ret specializes in sports rehabilitation, lumbar spine injuries and rehabilitation, aquatic therapy and the treatment of orthopedic disorders. Cathy is also trained in McKenzie lumbar spine techniques, sacroiliac mobilization, Graston technique, treatment of patellofemoral pain, and is a certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist.
Katye Tuyo, PT, DPT, ATC is a doctor of physical therapy with a special interest in sports medicine, general orthopedics, SI joint dysfunction and women's health including the pelvic floor in the female athlete. Additionally, Katye has advanced training in McKenzie Part A – MDT: Lumbar Spine, manual therapy techniques, Kinesio taping and Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1: Pelvic Floor Function, Dysfunction and Treatment. Katye is also a certified athletic trainer (ATC).
Kerri Walls, PT, CLT, LANA is a certified lymphedema therapist who specializes in oncology/lymphedema management, as well as women’s health issues and orthopedics. Kerri also has advanced training in breast cancer rehabilitation, oncology rehabilitation and head and neck lymphedema management.
