Grants

Community Health Network Foundation oversees all grant-related activities in support of Network initiatives at Community Health Network. Grant seekers will receive assistance from the Foundation’s grants management staff in searching for grant options, developing proposals, applying for and obtaining grants, and managing grant awards from foundations, corporations, and state and federal agencies.

Services

The Community Health Network Foundation is eager to assist staff at Community Health Network to secure philanthropic support and ensure proper stewardship of external funding. We are able to serve you through:

  • Assistance in developing and writing proposals to funding agencies and in authorizing and submitting those proposals.
  • Award negotiations and acceptance.
  • Compliance with sponsor requirements and Network expectations for financial management of sponsored program funds.

Once you are awarded a grant, the Foundation is your resource in understanding and adhering to sponsor policies and federal and state regulations. We can provide training in and oversight of pre- and post-award grants and sponsored programs management. As the Network’s fiduciary agent for grant awards and sub-awards, the Foundation will work with you to ensure that each grant submission supports our mission and that the risks to our patients, staff and Network are minimized.
