Annette has worked as a registered nurse since 2008 and is certified in chemotherapy/immunotherapy through ONS. Her entire career has been spent dedicated to the oncology population and she has worked both inpatient and outpatient at IU Health Bloomington and Columbus Regional Health. She joined the navigation team at Community Health Network in 2021.
Annette graduated with her associate degree in nursing from Ivy Tech Bloomington in 2008. She later returned to complete her bachelor degree of nursing in 2016 from Western Governors University. Due to her commitment to patient care, she received recognition as a Shining Star for going above and beyond to help her patients in 2017.
Annette resides in Columbus with her two children, Trae and Grace. She loves spending time with them and enjoys vacations at the beach, boating, shopping and baking.
