L.T. Gates, MD - Family Medicine CareDr. Gates has a bachelor of science degree in biology from University of Arkansas and a medical degree from University of Washington. He completed his residency in family medicine and is board certified in family medicine. He enjoys playing the piano and cooking.
Elizabeth Eglen, MD - Family Medicine CareDr. Eglen has a bachelor of science degree in biology from Purdue University and a medical degree from Indiana University. She completed her residency in family medicine and is board certified in family medicine. She enjoys being a wife and mother as well as baking and crafts.
Shelley Johnson has a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Indiana University and a master of science degree in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan. She is an AANP board-certified family nurse practitioner.
She enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her pets and gardening.
Alicia Robbins, Health CoachAlicia has a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology with minor in public health from Indiana University and is a certified ACSM/NPAS Physical Activity in Public Health Specialist and AFPA Certified Nutrition & Wellness consultant.
