Community Health Network names Executive Director for Community Cancer Center North

INDIANAPOLIS – Community Health Network has named Jim Hart, PharmD, BCOP Executive Director for Community Cancer Center North.

Hart, who joined Community in 2013, most recently served as director of oncology pharmacy and provided interim operational leadership at Community Cancer Center South. Prior to joining the Community team, Hart spent five years as a clinical pharmacy specialist at MD Anderson.

‘Jim has done an outstanding job of structuring our network-wide oncology pharmacy, standardizing processes, implementing new safety procedures, updating treatment plans and ensuring we have the best pharmacists on our team,’ says Vice President of Oncology for Community Health Network Chris Wayne.

Hart completed his pharmacy training at Butler University. He completed his pharmacy practice residency at Houston Methodist Hospital and was an oncology specialty resident at MD Anderson.

Hart will officially start in his new role in early 2017.
