Dr. Lewis was born and raised in Zionsville, Ind. He received his bachelor’s degree in microbiology at Purdue University and his medical degree from Indiana University Medical School. He completed his residency at St. Vincent Family Medicine Program in Indianapolis.

As a family medicine physician, Dr. Lewis enjoys seeing patients of all ages and has a special interest in rural and international medicine. His office is located at 1675 N. Main Street in Lapel.
