Classes, Events and Screenings

Art class for children to promote creativity, mindfulness and positive associations with food.

A certified yoga instructor will lead this weekly class, set amidst the natural beauty of Commuity Farm. Beyond physical exercise, the one-hour class will promote holistic well-being and a connection to nature.

Moms and babies who are currently breastfeeding are welcome at our FREE support groups. During support group, moms are encouraged to feed their babies and talk with other mothers. A lactation consultant will be available to talk about basic concerns and answer questions about breastfeeding. You may also weigh your baby before and after feedings while at group. Pre-registration is required to attend group at Community Hospital North and Community Hospital South.
