Dr. Annette Moore is board certified in medical oncology and hematology. She received her medical degree from the University of Mississippi in Jackson, Mississippi. She completed her residency in internal medicine and her fellowship in hematology and oncology at Indiana University Medical Center. She has authored several publications, including a chapter in the Textbook of Uncommon Cancer.
In 2015 and 2021, Dr. Moore was selected as Community Howard Regional Health’s physician of the year. She is a member of the board of the Hoosier Cancer Research Network and a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology. Dr. Moore is also a Community MD Anderson physician.
Dr. Moore has served on the board of directors of Community Health Network since October 2016 and is a member of the Network Equity & Governance Committee. She also previously served on the Physician Leadership Cabinet and board of directors of Community Physician Network.
