I first chose her as my gyn because she would take time and listen. When she became my OB, I was very disappointed with the care as she put me through so many unnecessary lab work and ultrasounds. Never seen such such cold doctor when she met my baby for the first time as she wasnt available for the delivery.. As a gyn again, wasn't listening to my symptoms, always trying to be invasive wanting unnecessary tests. Best profit generator for this hospital for sure. Last time having her as my gyn.

Excellent provider listens & acts on all my concerns.

She is straight forward. She gives you the facts and isn’t to harsh about things that are brutal truths. She has helped ease me about my c section and is willing to do it how I am wanting it done. She has given me all the tools and people needed to get better understanding of the procedure to come. She understands I am wanting a general anesthesia type of surgery and my tubes removed. She listens and gives her advise according. I feel like she cares about me as a person with high anxiety towards having a baby.

Dr. Voelkel was able to see me within 48 hours of requesting a non-emergency appointment. I was very anxious about the reason for my visit but she was thorough and reassuring in her examination (as always). She made a referral to a specialist for further evaluation and treatment, and I already have that appointment scheduled. I am very grateful for the excellent care she always provides!

I loved Dr. Voekel for many years, but how she's handling this incredibly sensitive situation is terrible. She was not very apologetic when she called to tell me I received the wrong vaccine and that it wasn't recommend for pregnant women. She was very cavalier and kind of rude.
