Bedside manner was excellent

Kathleen and team are always such a delight to visit. They're very attentive and helpful whether we are there for a regular check up or a new problem. They always keep us informed on any potential issues they see, and what to expect from our child with upcoming milestones and phases. They're very delicate with our baby and approachable to new parents. We absolutely love the North Central Indiana Pediatric team!

She is very kind & concerning. Very welcoming.

She was extremely rude and unprofessional at our visit. My husband wanted to ask questions about the medication being prescribed and her response was “why do you care?” She was also rude when my husband was gathering his thoughts about other questions to ask. She said “come on, spit it out”. We will never see her again

She didn’t want to listen to my daughter or I and she would ask the same question 2-4 times and get the same answer, then she finally got it. She didn’t check her vitals or listen to her heart. She made excuses instead of giving answers

Kathleen asked my daughter several important questions about her overall wellbeing, not just her physical health. She made sure that our daughter understood the growth charts, changes to be expected & asked her if she had any questions.

She was very quick but efficient.

My son left scared. I did not feel I was listened to at all and we did not even come to a conclusion. I am actually offended at some of the comments and recommendations given which goes against every other recommendation I’ve ever gotten at north central peds.

Kathleen is a superb provider. She is so experienced, thoughtful and takes her time, but it efficient too.

This was not my sons usual provider and it was the WORST experience I’ve ever had since taking my son or daughter here. My concerns were not heard, my son was not thoroughly looked at, I did not feel the provider had read on my son’s history prior to appointment , absolutely horrible bedside manner.

Kathleen always pays close attention to Levi and keeps an eye on previous issues even when he’s being seen for something else. We love how attentive she is.

Kathleen was very judgmental and acted like I was lying. She treated me very condescendingly and I felt very uncomfortable as a concerned parent asking for help with my child. I did not appreciate her judgement and she did not give me any helpful advice. She also did not discuss growth or give me growth charts like I would normally receive from Dr Gill. I will never allow my children to be seen by Kathleen again.

She was judgmental and condescending. I have never felt so underrated as a parent. She made me feel like I have failed to raise my child because his brother has autism. I do not appreciate her lack of professionalism and she did not give me any advice that could assist in any of the issues I informed her I was having with Zayden. She also failed to give me growing charts and discuss anything about my Children’s actual health, she only wanted to discuss my child’s behavior in her office. I will never allow her to see my children again.

She is so kind and honest. Kathleen is who I prefer to see for my girls if we can’t get into Stage.

We love Kathleen! My toddler thought it was hilarious that she was looking for a kitty in his ear so she could make sure he didn’t have an ear infection.

Kathleen takes time to interact with my son before doing anything with him, so he gets less afraid and more comfortable. She is open to how we do things and doesn't pressure us to sleep train, etc. Overall we love kathleen!

As I said in the previous comment box, she was condescending and inappropriate in her conversations about my daughter’s weight while my daughter was in the room. We usually see Dr. Gill (our actually pediatrician) but he wasn’t available in the timeframe we needed. Dr. Gill is wonderful and was always tactful and kind and careful when talking about diet, exercise and weight with my older, then pre-pubescent daughter (who lost weight and grew tall after puberty). And when I explained that to Nurse McCracken, she was condescending and appeared to not believe me.

She’s very friendly and you can tell she genuinely enjoys her work.

Kathleen is great with my kids and thorough. She found my youngest sons heart condition when no one else ever did. She listens and is a very smart diagnostician. We love her.

I’ve been with Kathleen for awhile, she an amazing NP and I enjoy seeing her every time. She always knows what she’s doing and you can tell she’s passionate about her job! I have loved seeing her for years, and she’s has an amazing personality!

Kathleen genuinely cares about my son. She may sure to spend the quality time with him and answered all of my questions. She even called me with a follow up and spoke personally to me (the mother) and explained our diagnosis very clearly with a good plan moving forward

Kathleen is outstanding and continues to provide excellent service and has always been transparent!

I just feel she rushes, she didn’t pull up my daughters chart. My daughter had seen her 3 weeks prior for similar issues. Like I said earlier I appreciate she ran labs, but communication is lacking, I felt rushed, there has to be a reason my daughter is sick again. We wear masks, don’t dine out, stay out of large crowds. I just will be asking for a different physician when I call in.

She was wonderful. She diagnosed the problem and gave us a referral for extra treatment.
