Slow down and smell the roses. Always seemed rushed and unable to spend quality time with patients. Each visit was less than 5 minutes.

Went from a DD to a B-C and not happy with how my breasts look. He did not leave enough breast tissue to fill the top of my breast so there’s a small amount of tissue hanging low and nipples on a flat chest. SMH

Could have used more discussion of the issue

Dr Cacioppo is very caring. He takes the time to answer questions and explain things to put me at ease. I have recommended him to other people.

Dr. Cacioppo performed my bi-lateral mastectomy with reconstruction ten years ago. Given the circumstances, I can’t imagine having better results. I know I’m well cared for in his hands and he always shows his caring nature. Highly recommend!

Couldn't do my surgeries which I understand but also did not refer me to who can. Just wrote 2 names on a paper n said those were good. How n th heck am I supposed to get an appointment with no referral. Horrible!

He was very detailed and polite in his exam. He listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Cacioppo saved my finger which I almost amputated. I feel no other surgeon would have been that proficient.

I was surprised about how vague the discussion about my desired size was. I am happy with the results after the fact, however, I was very uneasy going into the surgery because what I wanted was never confirmed.

Dr. Cacioppo is an amazing plastic surgeon. His breast reconstruction is the best. Other doctors who have seen my breasts for imaging or oncology comment on the superior quality of his work. He is also very kind and caring. His staff is wonderful too.They are always kind and helpful in scheduling appointments and imaging. I highly recommend Dr. Cacioppo!

I think that Dr Cacioppo kind of downplays and didn't prepare me well for the recovery that I would be facing. I know things will get better but there is no proactive communication about what to expect and how long to expect those side effects.

He made me feel like what I wanted mattered.

He is not only very kind, but also good to look at! :) Seriously, I am very pleased with my experience with Dr C. He has, to this point done everything I have needed him to do and even what I have wanted him to do. After hearing the word cancer and then experiencing a double mastectomy I would not have wanted any other physician taking care of me. Through laughter and through tears he has been there for me.

He is a very nice guy and his work appears to be good so far. He was just a little too efficient this time— had some concerns but he launched right into what’s next and I forgot to ask my questions. To be fair I asked my questions in a MyChart message last night and it appears they have been answered (I have a hard time getting into MyChart at work).

Dr Cacioppo is a superb doctor! He truly cares about his patients and strives to do excellent work. He has a great reputation at the hospital for his work. I am very pleased with the outcome of my surgery.

Dr. Cacioppo did a great job with my surgeries, and I had excellent post-surgery follow-ups as well. He is very professional, knowledgeable and is a real people-person. He really cares about his patients and their concerns.

Visit was very rushed and did not seem personalized. Physician discussed inappropriate information not relevant to visit.

Don't feel like Dr. Cacioppo listened to my concerns and was only focused on what he wanted to do. His work is good but I didn't feel he was concerned about my concerns. He did not ask what outcome I was looking for.
