He takes the time to listen

I was not sure he was interested in me as a patient.

He was completely inattentive. No eye contact. He sat on the stool looking at the door most of the visit. At one point, he even took the time to straighten the cables in the computer cart while I was talking. I am actively looking for a new pcp.

Great doctor has my diabetes under control

I was suppose to fill out a questionnaire . I hadn't completed when he can in the exam room. When I explained I wasn't done yet he just said don't bother.

I like that he gets right to the point and also offered me options for other services. He spent the right amount of time getting to know me and reviewed everything we covered before concluding the appointment. He also followed up immediately which I appreciate.

He came in and seemed annoyed to be seeing patients. We are searching for a primary care physician and we were happy to find one so close to home but we will keep searching. He wasn’t engaging, asked a couple of questions and then left the room.

He didn’t seem to care about the issue I had he seem like he was tired or sleepy asking questions wasn’t very helpful lol I said I would have to figure that out on my own and this is asking how I would order new catheters because I’m a self-cath patient

Previously shared, doctor was not interested in helping me or meeting me. He was distant and cold. Terrible bed side manners. Just wanted to rush and give meds and run out of the room. Letting my neighbors know not to come here. We are all from the Giest Area

Good concern about the feeling the situation of patient.

Not a lot of care felt, rushed through appointment. Assuming the best and he had a really busy schedule.

He listens. He analyzes. And he recognizes that as a health care provider myself i have opinions.

This is my second time visiting Dr Lee and I don’t feel like he is interested in me at the time of appointment. It makes me feel like I seriously “wasting his time” by requesting an appointment to talk about my health concerns and needs. Very little interaction, very little feedback, no substantive suggestions or insights. Didn’t tell me he was prescribing medication for me after tests, and no responses to messages trying to understand more.

He is very to the point asked why i was there and quickly prescribed something and asked if there was anything else i wanted to talk about. Very little questions or conversation

Prescribed a benzo (Valium) 5mg by my phyc at aspire. My aspire doctor is on vacation and recently prescribed. I came in saying I didn’t like the way the med made me feel and needed to make a switch. Claimed I came in solely to seek benzos and made me feel like a crack head searching for a high. Had me in the room for 3 min and didn’t let me explain how I have felt. Been in ER for anxiety and panic attacks. Never have I had an unempathetic doctor. Didnt even shake my hand when he walked into the room either.

Dr. Lee was very much to the point. I found him very businesslike. I thought he was friendly, but not bubbly.

Jason was attentive to my descriptions and accomplished a lot in one visit.

Dr. Lee is not patient with what the client has to say. His interpretation towards what a client ask or have to say bothers me. With me not feeling comfortable to speak to my doctor in general yet alone ask questions. This includes his staff as well.

He's is great!

Not attentive at all to patient concerns. Eager to treat symptoms, perfect for todays healthcare system. Nurse texted me I’m being put on BP medication. Great service for a jiffy lube I suppose.

It seem that he really did not have much to say. Rather routine.,spoke very quietly

Dr Lee is very professional and caring

Dr. Lee was not engaging and did not seem to take my appointment seriously. My time in the exam room lasted a total of 6 minutes and a feeling of just being a nuisance standing between Dr. Lee and his weekend. I will not be a returning patient of his and will be exploring other options outside of the Community Network due to his poor actions.

Felt as if everything I brought up he would just recommend me going to a specialist. Didn’t really provide any help or advice.

Dr. Lee doesn't really listen to my wishes as a patient. He seems to more concerned with script writing than listening to his patient's wishes.

He's great and you can tell he definitely cares!

It seemed as though the doctor stereotyped and profiled me based on my appearance. I’m a white male with tattoos and came dressed comfortably in joggers and a t-shirt. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this with medical personnel, so I can tell what’s happening.

Dr. Lee was very knowledgeable and attentive to my concerns. I went in for my intake appointment with multiple issues I wanted addressed, thinking I needed to prioritize 1 or 2 for the first appointment. Dr. Lee made sure ALL of my issues were addressed before leaving the room, and even gave me tips for the diet I'm trying out. 10/10 doctor for sure.

My appointment went fine. He was nice. it was only my first visit, but I have nothing to complain about.

He did not check for my main problem (hernia) after I told him that I wanted his diagnosis, he checked me and diagnosed a small hernia, for me it has been a week with abdominal pain.

It wasn’t a professional doctor’s appointment that I experienced. I wasn’t helped at all.

He was accomodating and was able to refer me to a specialist the next day which was super helpful.

I was sent in a referral for back pain, when the doctor I was referred too failed to provide care/ answer questions or check in on well being Dr. Lee made an appointment to check in me and refereed me to s new a new doctor. Despite that the fact I was in his care for my back, he still ensured I was being taken care of, you have no idea how much that means to me.

Nice enough guy. Not overly impressed in recommending a Statin medication within 10 minutes of meeting me for the first time is not a good idea. Specifically the ASCVD test used to determine need is not comprehensive and doesn't take into account other important factors. Frankly I was disappointed. In my opinion the one size fits all is not good medicine.

I came in for a screening because I was involved in an accident I have skin an hair removed with cuts my eyes are blurry my back an shoulders are having sharp pains my neck hurts an he never once looked or checked I also stated that my blood pressure has been high he says its probably from the accident which its been high since I first seen him im currently trying to change Physicians he treated me with no respect Very Poorly Racists Vibes he has.

In a medication discussion, he eliminated supplements that weren’t necessary and increased the dosage of a current medication instead of introducing something new for second issue. I appreciate that he doesn’t over prescribe and keeps it simple.

Dr Lee show me no concern for why I was there. Sent me to get an X-ray and I got no phone call or any advise on what to do. I received a very poor response on my chart that I didn’t appreciate. Dr lee is not my provider and I felt like he could have cared less if I was even there. He barely even spoke to me.
