Dr. Rifai worked to provide quick relief for my child’s asthma flare up and put a preventative care plan in motion.

Dr. Rifai always makes me and my children feel comfortable and reassured of any questions. She’s so kind and patient with my children and truly could not ask for a better pediatrician for them.

Dr.Rafai is a fantastic Physician. She engages with my children, is patient, kind and thorough, answers all my questions, is encouraging and informative. In short, she's awesome!

Dr Rifai is always very empathetic and takes her time to hear every concern and answer every question. We never feel rushed or like we’re just the next patient on the list.

My child was not on her best behavior but the nurse and dr was so wonderful, they had cute little ways to make her comply. I absolutely love her doctor and nurse. They’re always so kind and positive, not only that they have an answer for every question or concern I’ve have. They’re excellent with explaining any and every question/concern I’ve ever had! I’d 100% recommend them to anyone !

Dr. Rifai was exceptional with my two children. She made their experience fun, she listened to our concerns, and ensured our overall experience was unmatched compared to other offices we’ve been in the past.

She’s so thoughtful. This was our first time back in a year because we had to move for emergency family issues and it was like she didn’t miss a beat. She remembered everything when it came to my boys, I’ll recommend Dr. Rifai to everyone!

She is a great dr. Very honest about everything

My child was sick, yes they were able to get same day appointment, but I was repeatedly asked if I wanted her to get vaccines that day. I had said no multiple times but that was not good enough. I did not want my child who was not feeling well and immune system already fighting something “viral” to have another “virus” stimulate her immune system.

She is always wonderful to work with and makes sure my kids are taken care of.

We didn’t feel as if our doctor really wanted to discuss how my daughter was.

Went in for a same day check up, because my son was sick and his cough was very worrisome. I ended up getting interrogated about his asthma medication. And honestly didn't agree with the line of treatment she gave for his cough.

Dr Rifai always makes me feel at ease about my child’s health. She explains things throughly and always takes time to listen to my concerns.

She questioned why I wasn't present at the most recent visit. (My mother took my son this time) I had to work and can't keep taking personal or vacation time for all the follow ups. I understand why she wants to perscrip the new inhaler but for the last 2 months she wouldnt prescript a different controller inhaler. My insurance doesn't cover it and in my opinion $200-250 for a 30 day supply is alot. It has been hard trying to work with her. We did get a new prescription but it's not covered either and is actually more then the orginal.
