While hospitalized twice in the last 1 1/2 years with AFib, she was very attentive while I was in the hospital, ordering appropriate tests to determine what my exact health status was and how to resolve the health issues.

Already did so in prior question. i have been given TOTAL misinformation by her clerical staff (phone staff) causing me to do totally unnecessary acts which wasted not ONLY MY time but the time of Community Health Services Labs. There were also delays in response in requesting prescription info, etc. Then I wait MONTHS to see Dr. Ford again and SUDDENLY MY appointment is rescheduled (with no explanation as to why) for a few months down the road. You wait for your appointment in hopes of getting some answers to your issue, then you're moved to a back burner with NO explanation. The DIRECT contact with Dr. Ford I covered in the prior question. I'm sure that will NOT suffice. If you don't jump through the right hoops, they throw out your entire response (which is EXACTLY what they STRIVE to do when the response isn't 100% positive). So, I know I just wasted my time for nothing,
