Colon Cancer Risk and Prevention

Did you know that 1 in 3 Americans don't follow guidelines for preventive colorectal cancer screenings? Colonoscopy is the most thorough way to check for polyps that can become colon cancer. When found early, more than 90% of colon cancer patients live longer due to early detection.

In the video below, our physicians and staff answer the question, "Why should you get a colonoscopy?"

Listen to our gastroenterologists discuss risk factors and ways to prevent colon cancer, including the importance of colonoscopies to detect and treat colon cancer early.
