Employer Health provides employee wellness program to Sarah Fisher Hartman Racing team
Employer Health tapped into Community’s Sports Medicine to provide sports performance training for Sarah Fisher Hartman Racing pit crew and driver Josef Newgarden. The team spends time in their new fitness center called Body Shop—powered by Community Health Network—training for peak performance for the racing season.
Additionally, the entire racing company is focused on health and wellness. Employer Health is also providing personal training to all the employees and outreach to the local Speedway residents. Health coaches will contact participants regularly throughout the year to help them design a plan and set realistic fitness goals to help reduce and/or eliminate risk factors. The coaches can provide education, resources, motivation, and guidance for making sustainable, healthy lifestyle changes.
