Vendor Relations

Welcome to the Community Health Network vendor site. Vendor relationships are an integral component of our business and success as we endeavor to accomplish our mission.

Prior to conducting business with Community Health Network, all vendors and vendor representatives are required to register with our credentialing program, symplr. Vendor registration ensures compliance with federal, state, Medicare, Medicaid, and industry regulations and guidelines. On our behalf, symplr conducts sanction and business verification checks, as well as collects facility access requirements from onsite representatives.

Please do not register on behalf of Community Health Network until you have an approved commitment or contract for future business from our Network Administration or Supply Chain Department.

To register, log in to symplr below. Registration instructions are as follows:

  1. Select a level of access and subscription plan.
  2. Provide your contact details and payment information.
  3. Search for Community Health Network.
  4. Select the "Register" button next to Community Health Network.
  5. Complete the registration process by completing the required information and documentation.
