Classes & Programs
In light of recent developments related to COVID-19 (novel coronavirus), we have made the decision to cancel upcoming Touchpoint Connections classes and events at Community Health Network campuses until further notice. For more information, see our COVID-19 FAQ.
In addition, we have decided to suspend the Senior Meal Voucher Program effective March 12, 2020. For more information regarding resources available, please call 317-621-4899.

Join us for a Touchpoint program! All events are FREE unless otherwise noted. The registration deadline for all classes is noon one day prior to the class unless otherwise noted. If a class is full, please call 317-621-2700 to be added to the waitlist.
A lot of exciting changes come with life after 55, as well as a lot of new questions and needs. Community Touchpoint is a free program that brings together a variety of services offered by Community Health Network to assist seniors and older adults during their times of need and help them transition into new phases of life.
Whether you are looking for social outlets or clinical services, Touchpoint has what you need. Touchpoint helps seniors access and navigate health care services and offers opportunities for fun and fellowship with other seniors. We aim to provide an exceptional experience for those who are aging, as well as their caregivers.
Touchpoint membership is FREE and the benefits are immediate.
