Community Bariatric Services North's free weight loss surgery seminars present both surgical and non-surgical weight loss options, to help individuals decide which program is the best fit. Surgical weight loss topics include anatomy of the surgery, the diet plan, and lifestyle changes to be expected after surgery. We encourage attendees to bring any questions they have. After completion of the introductory seminar and pre-approval process, patients will have a consultation with a board-certified bariatric surgeon.
