Dr. Arkush is a board-certified general surgeon and received his medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine where he was given the Senior Surgery Award. He was an intern and resident at Doctors Hospital. Dr. Arkush completed his undergraduate studies at Miami University.

Dr. Tripp is a board-certified general surgeon by the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. He earned his medical degree from the University of Health Sciences-College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Mo. He completed his internship and residency in general surgery at Grandview Hospital/Ohio University in Dayton Ohio.

Dr. Tripp was the chief of surgery and the direct of outpatient services at Fayette County Memorial Hospital in Washington Court House, Ohio. More recently, he was employed as a general surgeon at Oak Ridge Surgeons in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
