Clifford J. Evans, DO
Clifford J. Evans, DO, is an orthopedic surgeon at Community Physician Network. His practice focuses on the evaluation and treatment of afflictions of the bones, joints, muscles, tendons and nerves. He has a special interest in sports injuries and working with young athletes.
Dr. Evans is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
From 2008 until 2012, Dr. Evans was staff orthopedic surgeon at Blancfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He joined the Army in 1988, and was a pilot in the 101st Airborne, serving in the Gulf War, Hurricane Andrew relief, and in Honduras. He was a flight operations officer in Italy, and a mission commander, instructor, and executive officer in the 160th Special Operation Aviation Regiment. Dr. Evans received his doctorate in osteopathic medicine from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Texas Tech University and William Beaumont Army Medical Center.
Courtney Holland, MD
Dr. Courtney Holland is a board-certified, fellowship trained pediatric orthopedic surgeon. He completed his undergraduate education at Michigan State University and attended medical school at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Upon graduation, he entered active military service and completed his residency at the William Beaumont Army Medical Center/Texas Tech Health Science Center in El Paso. He then completed a pediatric orthopedic fellowship at the Children’s Hospital Colorado in Aurora.
Dr. Holland’s professional interest focuses on adult and pediatric patients with operative and non-operative musculoskeletal conditions including sports injuries, fracture management and arthroplasty. He also brings his military expertise in treating trauma injures.
Joshua Kluetz, DO
Joshua Kluetz, DO is a board certified osteopathic family and sports medicine physician with Community Sports Medicine. He serves as team physician for partner schools.
Dr. Kluetz received his undergraduate degree from North Park University and his medical degree from Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Kluetz’s residency and sports medicine fellowship were completed at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago.
Whether a little league strain, high level endurance athlete injury or a weekend warrior, Dr. Kluetz, treats athletes of all ages and experience levels, whether they have a musculoskeletal injury, an acute illness or a chronic condition. Additionally his osteopathic training allows him to provide various hands-on techniques for in-office treatment.
Dr. Kluetz is a member of American College of Sports Medicine, American Medical Society of Sports Medicine and American Academy of Family Physicians.
Mohammad Nekoomaram, MD
M. Nekoomaram, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon with Community Physician Network. Since 1984, he has been devoted entirely to the care of patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic and spinal disorders. He offers patients a comprehensive approach to orthopedic and spine care which he provides education, treatment, and state-of-the-art care. Knowledge of the newest techniques for conservative and operative management assures the appropriate care of degenerative, traumatic, neurologic, sports and occupational related injuries. Patients’ progress and outcomes are evaluated so that treatment can be constantly improved.
Dr. Nekoomaram is a board certified orthopedic surgeon and a Fellow of American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is a member of the North American Spine Society and American Back Society.
He is a graduate of the orthopedic surgery residency program at Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed fellowship training in spine surgery at University of Southern California.
