Who can benefit from personal training?
Everyone! Whether you are a competitive athlete, mild sports enthusiast, or a post-rehabilitation patient, your personal trainer will design a program that's best for you. Personal training can be especially beneficial if you have specific health or fitness problems such as back pain, obesity, osteoporosis, heart disease or diabetes, and it will help you get the optimal benefits from your fitness commitment. One-on-one, personal training sessions provide you with the direction, motivation, variability and accountability you need to make your workout most effective. These are available in multiple sessions.

Relax while a trainer gives you a full-body stretch using a variety of stretching techniques.
A perfect way to stay motivated and reach your fitness goals is to ask a friend, co-worker or fellow member to participate in personal training with you. Same program as 60/30-minute session, but in a group. These are available in multiple sessions. Cost is per person.
60-minute buddy sessions (2 participants)

Our large group training takes the same approach to fitness and your goals as our small group training with the benefit of including more of your friends in your training as well as additional cost savings! Our large group training sessions run eight weeks throughout the year, meeting with a trainer three times a week. During these weeks, you will be given workouts to follow every day of the week that work in conjunction with your training sessions to provide an optimal environment to reach your goals!
- Groups of three: Member: $225/person; Guest: $275/person
- Groups of four: Member: $195/person; Guest: $245/person
Meet with a trainer to discuss your specific fitness goals and any special concerns. Your trainer will map out a safe and effective exercise prescription designed to meet your goals. After the trainer writes your prescription, you will be provided with all the necessary instruction you need to comfortably and safely perform your prescription on your own.

Policies and procedures
All packages must be pre-paid and are non-refundable and non-transferable. All packages expire 6 months from date of purchase. Unused sessions will be forfeited. Packages of 20 or 30 sessions may be purchased using new monthly EFT options (only available to members). All sessions must be cancelled at least twelve (12) hours in advance from the scheduled time or the client will be billed in full.
