Surgical nurse practitioner

Lindsay Cool, MSN, NP-C, CNS

Lindsay Cool, MSN, NP-C, CNSLindsay Cool received her bachelor of science in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University and her master of science as a clinical nurse specialist at IU. She also obtained a post-master's degree as a nurse practitioner at IU where she completed her first assist credentials that allow her to assist in surgery. She is a board certified adult nurse practitioner through American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Lindsay is licensed in the state of Indiana and has Allied Health Professional privileges at Community Hospitals of Indiana and Riverview Hospital in Noblesville.

She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, National Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists and Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society. Her special interests include management of cardiac disease in the acutely ill, acute inpatient care of critically ill surgical patients, intravenous and infusion therapy, endoscopic and open vein and artery harvesting, and assisting in cardiac, vascular and thoracic surgeries.

Mary Arnold, ANP, BC

Mary Arnold, ANP, BCMary Arnold received both her bachelor of science in nursing and master of science from Indiana University. She is board certified as an adult nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is a licensed registered nurse and nurse practitioner.

Mary has extensive experience in cardiac care in both hospital and office settings. She has been inducted into Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society for Nursing.

Maria Galbo, APRN, BC

Maria Galbo, APRN, BCMaria Galbo received her undergraduate nursing degree at Purdue University in West Lafayette and a master of science degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in Indianapolis. She is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is licensed in the state of Indiana and holds Allied Health Professional privileges at Community Hospitals of Indiana.

She is a member of the Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society. Her special interests include prevention, maintenance and treatment of cardiac diseases.

Annette McDaniel, APRN, BC

Annette McDaniel, NP-CAnnette McDaniel received her undergraduate nursing degree from the University of Indianapolis and her master of science degree in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is certified as an adult nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Annette is board certified as a cardiac/vascular nurse through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is licensed in the state of Indiana and holds Allied Health Professional privileges at Community Hospitals of Indiana and Johnson Memorial Hospital.

Annette is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society, American Nurses Association, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Preventive Cardiovascular Nurses Association, and is a Cardiac Care Associate Member of the American College of Cardiology. Her special interests include the management of cardiovascular disease in acutely ill patients, preventive cardiology and chronic disease management.

Penny Norris, APRN, BC

Penny Norris, APRN, BCPenny Norris received her undergraduate nursing degree and a master of science in nursing from Indiana University, Bloomington. She is certified as an adult nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is licensed in the state of Indiana and holds Allied Health Professional privileges at Community Hospitals of Indiana.

She is a member of the Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana, American College of Cardiology, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society. Her special interests include preventive cardiology, electrophysiology and chronic disease management.
