Guiding patients through breast cancer
Whether you have questions about your mammogram or need support following your breast cancer diagnosis, Community's breast health navigators are here for you as a resource and advocate.
Created in 2006, this service focuses on the needs of all breast patients. Breast health navigators are available to answer questions concerning breast health, provide education and support, coordinate care as needed, and prepare breast cancer patients for survivorship.
Navigators provide continuity for patients and their families throughout their healthcare experience during what can be a very stressful time in a woman’s life.
Contact and referral
The breast health navigators can be reached Monday through Friday at 317-355-4114, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
