He listens patiently while you explain what's going on. It doesn't seem to bother him if you have to return for that same problem, and will offer another solution to resolve your problem.

He never apologized for being so late. He was nice and looked at my X-rays. Determined there was no break and I should soak hand in epsom salts. sent a prescriptions of Zoltan (no sure of the spelling) nurse told me Zoltan had aspirin in it and I am allergic to aspirin. Not happy with him.
