Dr. Pallavala is an exceptional pediatrician. She is knowledgeable, considerate, patient and listens well.

Dr. Pallavala takes action. She listens to your concerns and takes into account all facets of your child. She also treats parents and children with respect and is so gentle and kind-spirited. As a parent, I instantly feel at ease knowing she has the best intentions for my caring for my children.

She cares about each patient, listens attentively to our concerns, talks us through options and her recommendations.

We really enjoy Dr. Pallavala as our family pediatrician. She sees all three of my little children ages 3 and under. Whether it’s a wellness visit or a sick visit, she takes time to answer all of our questions and provides her assessment findings in a way we can understand them. She asks our input and our approval before moving forward.

She was always concerned about me and my wellbeing right after my daughter was born since the mother only gets one postpartum appointment at 6 weeks but I saw her for Ella quite often in the beginning. She made me feel validated in my feelings and experiences. It gave me so much comfort and confidence as a first-time mother. Hope she never leaves!!

My daughter was born early, and Dr. Rupa was the first person that was recommended to me when my child was getting out of the nicu. From the very first appointment she has been awesome, a very caring and excellent doctor, has taken the time to get to know my child and remember her when we come in. I can genuinely tell that she cares about my daughter's development and making sure that she continues to stay healthy. I am very happy with my choice in her as our pediatrician

Dr. Pallavala patiently talks to my kid. If he hesitates, she explains things clearly, handles him gently and explains each step. I don’t feel rushed with her - if he’s not being cooperative, she’ll explain, ensure he’s ok with her continuing the next step, then go to the next part of the exam. I appreciate the patience and caring.

Dr. Rupa is the best she’s very thorough gives us enough time and she listens and my kids love her and we love her too And trust her very much that’s why we chose her. She was the pediatrician on staff when I had my second child and after I gave her that was very emotional and upset about some thing and she hugged me. Not a lot of physicians are caring like that that’s why I switched to Dr Pallavalla from our other pediatrician because I could see during the examination of my newborn baby she was very thorough and took time to talk to me Instead of treating my daughter and I like we were numbers and not people

My daughter loves her SO MUCH. She talks about her for the rest of the day when we leave the office. This time, Dr. Pallavala was so sweet and kind(as usual)and gave a check up to my daughters best friend Bawk Bawk. She loved that so much and is still talking about it! We have experienced some very poor bedside manners from others in the pediatric field, but Dr. Pallavala is stellar. We love her!

Dr Pallavala listened carefully and explained everything in detail. I’m a nurse so I understood everything but it was nice that she took the time to explain as if I didn’t. I loved that she addressed my son during our visit and actively involved him.

Dr. Pallavala knew to ask my daughter if she had any questions about puberty because of her age. She ALSO knew to ask my younger kids to leave the room so she could ask the questions without embarrassing my pre-teen. I really appreciated all of that.
