He was very professional and seemed very confident about the next step to take.

He is very professional Dr. Answering any questions you have. Telling you what is next as well as what is going on with you. As soon as he knew I had a lump on my leg he sent me stay to get a ultrasound.know guessing, he wanted to know what was going on, and explain if it was this what was going to happen and if it was that this is what he's going to do.i liked hearing that.

He did not introduce himself when he enter the exam room. Seemed a little distance.

I can’t truthfully say a whole lot. I spent maybe five minutes speaking with him vs the assistant. I don’t like to form an opinion of someone based on a snap shot moment in time.

Dr. Mallela listened to my concerns and asked appropriate questions. He then gave me a plan to follow to address my issues. He was willing to see me again to access my progress in 6 weeks, rather than 6 months, which was typical with other doctors I had seen in the past.

Was not very friendly made smart aleck comments about why I was there I waited probably 10 for him and he might have spent 3 minutes with me

In less than 5 minutes he told me I had no heart problems, but get a stress test. That is good news for me, but I am not sure I would want to see him again.

As I stated earlier any problem that comes up has been taken care of quickly.

Never have to wait long and he always answers my questions.

Take more time with a patient. Less than 5 minutes with me after I was told I was only patient there.

This was my first visit. Dr. changed 2 medications for my hypertension problems. He also ordered cardiac tests to better understand my situation. I was impressed with the quick actions he took.

It seemed like he talked to his nurse more than he did to me. He didn't explain the tests he was ordering or what their purpose is. I know that it was my first visit and he doesn't have a lot of information yet, but it would help with my anxiety to know what he ordered the different tests.

Doctor answered all are questions n was patient with my 88 year old mother.

Dr Mallela listened to my concerns and was very straightforward with what i needed to do for my health.

I'm hard of hearing and Dr. Mallela speaks very softly and with an accent that is hard for me to follow. Otherwise, I trust his judgment.

Some personalities/“bedside manners” I appreciate and some are harder to appreciate.

The doctor was in a hurry he didn’t care about anything I had to say, didn’t care that I have a strong family history of heart issues in my family, didn’t really want to hear that I’ve had this issue long before Covid ever hit and it is worse now. I am happy that he is running tests on me but I basically felt like he could have cared less, the visit was very very short when he came into the room he asked me a few questions ordered the tests told me he’s not gonna treat me until I get results back and that if it comes back one way he will do nothing because it’s because of Covid and if it comes back another he will treat me

He was okay. Pushed the covid issue a little much. Almost insinuated it had to be covid which ticked me off a little bit

Was satisfied with the care given by the person asking questions before seeing Dr.Mallela. Thought Dr. Mallela should have spent more time with me. Waited to visit with him a good 45 minutes, & Dr. Mallela only came & spent no time getting a little time getting to know me, less than 10 minute in room with me &. my husband. That’s not enough time to get a feel of a new patient.

Dr. Mallela treats you as an individual, gives you opportunity to ask questions. He explains things and makes sure you understand, then the NP remains with you and goes over things, they just really make every effort to make sure you understand your care and let you know they are there for you.
