Came in, introduced himself, looked at my chart, asked questions, listened to my concerns, did an evaluation, recommended treatment and gave options for further treatment. Got to the point of the visit without wasting time asking non pertinent questions

Caring and professnoil staff

Hard to say after a five or ten minute encounter. Will know more after another CT scan and his response.

Doctor appeared in a hurry

A very compassionate individual and doctor. Takes time to listen and answer your concerns. This 80 yr old hopes she never has to change out of his care. He's the best.

Dr Maddela examines me every visit, he has access to imaging done by a different healthcare provider, and he examines the results closely. When we come to open options for imaging or treatment he gives me his very educated opinion but lets me make the final decision. He solved my arm pain problem last year with successful injections so we have a proven way forward now. He removed my pain, and is indispensable to my needs for chronic healthcare issues. A fantastic doctor!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Maddela. I thought he was very personable and he seems quite knowledgeable & thorough. He explained everything to me really well but also didn’t overwhelm me with a bunch of medical jargon. Also, his staff is very good as well. I didn’t have to wait hardly at all either. So far I really like him and his staff also. My overall experience was excellent.

Dr. Raghu Maddela is very knowledgeable. He takes time to listen to you as well as explaining things in a way a lay person can understand. He speaks slowly so his accent is not an issue to understand; especially when we both are wearing masks.

I hadn't seen him in two years and he seemed to remember me! He thought it was great that I hadn't seen him in two years, and we both laughed about it. I trust him. He's a good and compassionate doctor. He assured me that the dose of gabapentin that I was taking was very safe. Looking forward to the injections. Now, isn't that something!

Very caring

In the day and age of masks it can be difficult to hear a conversation particularly if it is medically based. The doctor has an accent which complicates understanding the conversation but he was always polite and repeated his words if I asked.

Dr. Maddela has done an excellent job in addressing my back pain and spinal issues. He genuinely cares about your treatment results and is concerned that you are able to get the treatment you need.

He does seem like a very good doctor in his field. I am grateful that I was referred to him

My appointment was arriving at 5:30 for a procedure at 6:30, which did not start until 7:30. He was very confident in what he was doing but seemed a bit rushed. On his behalf, It may have been because of a scheduling problem.

Dr. Maddela is wonderful. He listens, examines and makes recommendations that best suit the situation. When he is in the examination room he is focused on you and not sitting there typing away in the computer. Sometimes electronic records take away time the physician should be spending with the patient, those 15 minutes fly by quickly. I like visiting Dr. Maddela better than I do my own family MD, which by the way, getting an appointment with Dr. Maddela is quite a bit more timely than the family MD.
