Dr Kurtz has addressed my problems with my severe back problems very well.

Happy that Dr Kurtz prescribed therapy as first course of treatment

Dr Kurtz is personable and kind. He takes the time to discuss all concerns and answer any questions. There is great value in being seen by a Community Physician like Dr Nathan Kurtz.

All I’ve had is a visit to schedule a procedure so how can I answer all these questions until I’ve had the procedure know what I’m dealing with it’s the old put the horse before the cart vice versa

Dr. Kurtz listened to me and didn't interrupt or cut me off. He answered my questions n concerns. He was prompt, I didn't have to wait. He was able to access my x-rays done at Community and show them to me and explain what was going on.

Dr. Kurtz reassured my daughter that the appointment wasn't anything scary and answered all questions without hesitation making her feel at ease

This was initial visit and Dr was totally responsive to all my questions with thoughtful and direct answers / explanations. Dr was very pleasant and seemed to offer all the time I needed to answer my questions regarding treatments

He is very nice, listens to all of your concerns and comes up with a game plan. He is very thorough and his staff is extremely nice.

Dr Kurtz was exceptional in explaining the spine and what he was observing on the scans compared to what was likely causing my pain. His recommendations were easy to understand and compare the outcome versus the probabilities.

Dr. Kurtz is very kind and helpful. He does not have a weight bias or try to value judge fat and disabled patients. He gives many treatment options and asks the patient what they think would help. The only thing I would mention for provider improvement is he misgendered me in his notes (she/her when I use they/them).

I was expecting to hear information about surgery or injection pain treatment options but instead was happy to hear about a less invasive option that I hadn't heard of before. I'm excited at the prospect of this other option providing some relief and putting off surgery.
