She shared a lot of information to me that I wasn’t aware of. She looked out for me by prescribing me baby aspirins to help along my pregnancy. She was very nice & gentle during the appointment and cared about my concerns.

Dr.Chan-Owensby listens to every concern and gives great feed back. She makes sure she tells you what the next few weeks of your pregnancy will be like and makes sure to tell you when its time to call a nurse about any medical emergency. She is very easy to talk to!

Np Chan is my main reason for continuing to drive 45 mins to come there! Best practitioner ever. Very thorough and gentle. Her knowledge supersedes anyone else I’ve ever seen. I like how when she comes in she has already made herself up to date on my chart we don’t play the repeat game for 10 mins. She is on it on all aspects. She is the only reason I continue to come to community north.

I've been seeing Lisa since I was pregnant with my son almost 5 years ago. She's very caring and compassionate. When I had a healthcare issue back in November, she took time to communicate with me through MyChart and even called me after a procedure (which had to be done at an outside facility), to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. She and Dr. Harris have been wonderful to me.

I would have preferred to have had her listen to my concerns and have a full dialogue about it if she disagreed as opposed to my thoughts being dismissed. She is very kind, but I don’t believe I’d choose her in the future.

Lisa was straight to the point. Commented on my history with my first pregnancy with having high blood pressure and prescribed baby aspirin. For my second pregnancy I didn’t have HBP and she suggested it for this pregnancy even though my blood pressure was normal. I know she just wants the best without even having HBP as a concern in the future.
