Dr. Sorg listened to my explanation of my back pain and answered all my questions. I was really nervous about my first appointment at Spine Center but Dr. Sorg was calm and patient with me so I felt more relaxed and less stressed about my visit and the treatment I might receive in the future.

Had a very good experience. I am no longer experiencing pain with my neck but if I have a problem again, I will feel good about seeing Dr Sorg again.

Dr. Sorg is very stoic and does not a lot time for anything outside of what he has prepared. I had questions about the imaging report that was on my MyChart. Some questions I guess were based off what the radiologist report (which I did not know). It was hard to have a conversation with Dr. Sorg because I felt like he was arguing semantics by saying he did not write that or saying that certain words in the report mean the same thing. I was trying to explain to him that my medical records needed to state certain things he was saying in office that did not appear in the report. This was essential for my car accident case. Dr. Sorg was unmoved. Also he does not answer all of your questions and is quiet out off by questions that are below his intelligence or question something he has said. I feel he is probably a good doctor but his people skills are not there when it came to me as a patient and added to my discomfort.

Dr Sorg was wonderful! He was very easy to talk with. He makes you feel comfortable. Great experience!

Friendly, despite knowing I had a medical background, he still explained things thoroughly. He talked to me about all my options for treatment and really listened my concerns. He clearly knows his stuff and made me feel like I had hope that my condition will improve.

I had and have a great bond with Jason. He is a great Doctor and person. He is one that knows the meaning of kindness. Some men in this world deserve to be millionaires; Jason is one of them!

I felt as if Dr.Sorg did not take my concerns seriously because there are several areas of my neck & back that are very painful. He just suggested physical therapy without even seeing X-rays, and did not acknowledge my headaches with the neck pain, and even suggested Fibromyalgia as a possibility because of “so much pain everywhere “. My pain is directly on my neck/spine, and I found that rather a brush off & offensive. I am ready to try a chiropractor.

Do not feel like he listened to what I was saying. I would answer questions one way and in subsequent questions he would be asking questions that were like I had said the exact opposite of my previous answer.

As mentioned above, that is all. I thought that he understood my words until one visit he said, you are the only one of my patients that describe things like you do, or something to that effect. Well, if the other patients are describing things in the same way, well maybe they are reading something. That's my only thought. I did ask Dr. Sorg about the treatment, the injection, that he put in my left hip once about four or so years ago, because it is still sore in that area, and it felt lumpy for awhile. I wanted to know it different medicines were put in that location. He said no, it was the same just getting it closer to the location of the pain. I keep rubbing it and I take serrapeptase to dissolve it. Welp, thank you for this opportunity to express myself. I'm so sorry for these comments.

Dr. Sorg is a very professional, kind, informative, and caring doctor.

Dr. Sorg was kind, attentive and thorough in his treatment of my mother. She lives with constant pain and I believe he’s trying to find a solution to her chronic back pain. He spoke to her in a dignified , understanding and respectful manner, addressing her concerns.

I stated in my last response how I felt. I feel I shouldn't judge Dr Sorg, because I understand as an business, you have to follow guidelines to proceed on with treatment. But from my last appointment, I'm not very pleased about how my concerns about my back pain was addressed.

It is rare to find a doctor that explains your condition and your treatment plan in such a clear understandable way. He and his team were professional and very nice when i had my ablation. He is great at what he does and I recommend him highly.

He listened, asked appropriate questions, and developed a plan of care that included my wishes as part of the decision. Very pleased with his caring approach. If I could only suggest one small thing it might be to slow his education down just a tad. I know it's difficult when doing a similar talk with other patients but as we age it's a little harder to focus and comprehend in a normal speed. Not a complaint, just a small tip for improvement.
