Dr. Mazzone is very kind and gracious. After my 4th degree tear postpartum, I accidentally farted in her face while I was in stirrups because I lost most of my rectal muscle tone and she didn't admonish me or get mad. I was very embarrassed and she told me it was okay.

This was my first visit with Dr. Mazzone. She was very prompt ( no waiting) & she was a good listener & addressed all my issues in a very professional manner.

Dr. Mazzone has always made me feel welcome and heard. She’s warm and compassionate, but also intelligent and makes sure to explain the important information and gives me the ability to ask anything, no matter how silly I may feel the question may seem.

Dr. Mazzone was very thorough in explaining my different options to me. She was very friendly and made me comfortable during my appointment.

Personable and thorough. I am older patient yet makes me feel my issues are as important as those of younger patients.

Dr. Mazzone always smiles and is easy to communicate with. During my OB visits she always informed me of all my options and always asked what my preferences were. She is an excellent communicator and is very relational. I appreciate how informed she is on recent studies and the policies of CHS.

I felt like Dr. Mazzone listened carefully to my concerns and provided several options for my care. She was familiar with the pros and cons for each and communicated them clearly to me.

I lost my son and it’s very hard to sit in the waiting room. Dr. Mazzone made it so I would be taken back to a room right away. I can’t tell her enough how much that means to someone who has lost a child and suffers from PTSD. It’s a kindness not many can comprehend.

Dr. Mazzone was very helpful in the pre-conception appointment, explained what I should look for in a prenatal vitamin, and explained everything during the exam.

I found her a little robotish, going through the motions of the appointment, not really listening. I felt like based on what the nurse had captured, and she read before coming in the room she had decided what would be discussed between us.

Dr. Mazzone and staff are the best, would highly recommend.

Seemed to really care about my minor daughter and that’s great, but acted dismissive towards me, the parent of minor.

Dr. Mazzone always made sure to answer any questions I had and made sure I was prepared for what to expect with each passing visit before delivery, and what to expect during delivery.

I feel heard and respected in each of my visits with Dr. Mazzone. She is thoughtful and considerate in her answers to my many questions, and doesn't get impatient with my self advocacy. She provides a safe and comfortable rapport and environment, which is important for anyone who may have sensitivities or PTSD.

Practical and helpful

Dr. M made me feel comfortable and limited any discomfort. I told her I previously had a terrible experience and she proved not all OB/GYNs are the same. She is a level above the rest!
