This was only my second time seeing Christina, but it was clear she remembered me, which is comforting, especially during pregnancy! Once again, she did not make me feel rushed at all, and made sure I didn't leave with any unanswered questions. She also genuinely shared in our joy of having a girl after 3 boys!

Great energy and very relatable

She is very professional in not only the way she handles herself, but how she forms a relationship with you. She made sure I was comfortable and knew everything I needed to know prior to her putting in my IUD. I was a bit worried and anxious when I walked in, but she made me understand the process and answered all my questions before continuing with the procedure.

She made the whole appointment more comfortable for me. She’s hilarious and very sweet. 10/10

Listened to my concerns and made the visit very easy!

She was kind, told me I asked great questions but I felt like there was little instruction. I understand patient empowerment, the importance at times of not being directive, but I am scared with my medical history and I feel like I'm lacking the support I need to understand the risks and what needs to be done to have a healthy pregnancy.

She was not fourth coming in our visit. I feel like she gave me false hope vs directly telling me what was going on in my situation. She also wrote in her documentation (which I read after the visit) a very different plan than what she had discussed with me in the visit, which upset me even more

She was very pleasant. I’m not sure if I’m a difficult case or the practice could do more to prepare with difficult IUd insertions. It took three tries, which hasn’t happened on my last two. I was also told that a lidocaine block injected into the cervix makes it easier and less painful. I’d like to see the practice have more tools ready, whether lidocaine block, twilight sedation, or other options because the insertion and days after were really painful. The fact that Christina and the ultrasound professional were really nice went a long way, but I still would like to see care options that would’ve prevented a scenario where I left in a wheelchair because I was shaky, faint, and hurting.

She was gentle and amazing.
