Dr. Krepps was helpful in reading my MRI for my left knee. Showing me all the issues I am having and why. Then giving me all options on treating my left knee.

Was a bit arrogant, was tired of practitioners looking at x-ray reports citing arthritis and sending patient to him when there was not a problem he could fix. Guess he expected practitioner to be more thorough to find out what the problem is. Was not busy but seemed to rush since problem did not fall under his expertise. Was surprised about a prior surgery not really believing it worked. But he did do more x-rays in the office and directed me to the doctor who specializes in potential problem.

He listens to what I have to say

The doctor was vey matter of fact and confident. He LISTENED to my symptoms, took the necessary X Rays and diagnosed me.

Very interested in progress always follow up appointments to monitor.

Dr. Krepps gave me sound advice and did not try to persuade me to have an unnecessary surgery. In addition to his skill as a surgeon (he replaced my left hip three years ago), I am comfortable with his congenial manner. He makes it easy for me to understand what he is telling me.

This is a very professional office with extremely friendly staff and very helpful staff. My wait time was tremendously prompt. The staff in the back was very friendly very professional very helpful. The doctor as well was very attentive to my needs and explaining everything as far as my condition goes. He's the 1st knee doctor that actually explained everything to me what was going on and alternatives to what we could do at this time to continue with helping my knee pain and avoiding surgery at this time. A very important message was relayed to me about the importance of smoking and if one was to need hip or knee replacement. So therefore I also learned something new from the doctor and it was an extremely important message for anyone out there who is looking or needs to have knee or hip surgery that smoking It's something that you cannot do due to the Inn results after the surgery and what may or could happen. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a great doctor when it comes to knee problems or pain.

When the injection was to be administered, my wait time was over 15 minutes. Dr Kreeps did apologize.

When I got the injection in my thumb it hurt so bad I screamed in pain Dr Krepps said to me next time tried not to scream in his ear( wow) I did apologize to him for screaming but I was in pain before I came to him and still is he sounded frustrated when I said I wanted to wait on my surgery and try the injection first worst experience ever

Dr. Krepps is a very good surgeon and very concerned for my well-being.

The procedure that was done was quick to get an appointment and the doctor did a good job of administering the injection. I appreciate his advice but not ready to take it at this time.

He did not believe me that I had rotator cuff surgery. Under minded what I was explaining to him and didn’t act at all as if he cared about my pain.

Dr. Krepps has performed two surgeries for me. One was a big toe, and the second was on my hip. I am walking much better since both procedures have been completed. I recommend Dr. Krepps and his staff very highly.

He took the time to check my hip which has b en bothering me even though it was not known to him prior to my appointment. I can’t thank him enough!!!

He got me right in and explained my problem in a way I could totally understand . I've had several joints replace and explained that to him . I know for a fact I need my shoulder replaced. But now my thumb is bone on bone. He is treating that for now and we are going to address my shoulder next visit

Dr. Krepps is not a problem solver. He kept wanting to take the easy way out of treating me. He didn’t find a problem via X-ray, so he sent me to PT. which did absolutely nothing. Then decided to try a cortisone injection (which also did nothing) During my follow up appointment he said he’s “scratching his head at this point” and that he can send me to PT not remembering that he’s already done that. I haven’t had an MRI and that didn’t even seem to cross his mind until I said “I still haven’t had an MRI” so then he decided to get an MRI. Before I went to him the radiologist that read my original X-rays said I had bilateral bone spurs. Dr Krepps said nothing about that when looking at my X-rays. I’m going for a second opinion.

The doctor was more than 90 minutes late and offered no apology. Our time was disregarded and we were treated with disingenuous care or concern. The doctor was also disrespectful (in our opinion) as he referred to his nurses as his girls.

There were two things that were fouled up. They forgot to send my physical therapy order so that was held it up. Then they sent my MRI order to the wrong location. I'd never had any problems with any doctor before in the past on these kind of things. This office made two mistakes. I had to discover both problems and get them fixed.

Dr. Krepps made sure I understood everything and was very patient.

He and everyone around him made us feel comfortable and glad we came.
