Indianapolis—Community Hospital North made the 2019 NRC Health Top 100 Consumer Loyalty list. The NRC, or National Research Corporation, said winners of the Consumer Loyalty Award are identified during a nationally syndicated Market Insights study.
More than 300,000 households across the country were surveyed between June of 2018 and May of 2019. The survey ranks top performers in the healthcare industry.
Community Hospital North garnered at least 150 top-of-mind mentions from the survey that looked at topics such as access, need, engagement and experience.
