Indianapolis—Community Hospital North made the 2019 NRC Health Top 100 Consumer Loyalty list. The NRC, or National Research Corporation, said winners of the Consumer Loyalty Award are identified during a nationally syndicated Market Insights study.

NRC Consumer Loyalty Top 100 badgeMore than 300,000 households across the country were surveyed between June of 2018 and May of 2019. The survey ranks top performers in the healthcare industry.

Community Hospital North garnered at least 150 top-of-mind mentions from the survey that looked at topics such as access, need, engagement and experience.

“Community Hospital North and the other outstanding healthcare facilities included in the Consumer Loyalty Awards list are leading the way toward a new elevated standard for the patient and consumer experience,” said Brian Wynne, Vice President and General Manager at NRC Health. “This award recognition is a reflection of the trust Community Health Network has built with its patient communities, and speaks to the exceptional work being done to provide compassionate care and inspire consumer loyalty.”
