Bryan Mills to lead Community Health Network through at least 2025
Board votes to extend contract of Indianapolis-based health system’s president, CEO
Indianapolis—Community Health Network president and CEO Bryan Mills will continue to lead the Indianapolis-based healthcare organization through at least 2025.
Mills, 59, was appointed president and chief executive officer of Community on May 1, 2009. He previously served as CEO of Visionary Enterprises, Inc. (VEI), a for-profit affiliate within Community from 1992 to 2009. Mills began his career with Community Health Network in 1985 as controller for Community Hospital North.
“Bryan is an exceptional, approachable, visionary leader who believes in and lives the mission, vision and values of Community Health Network,” said Chairman of the Board for Community Health Network Bruce F. King. “His ability to build strong relationships within the Network and the communities we serve is key to our continued success.”
Mills is very active in the local community. He is the board chair of United Way of Central Indiana, a member and past chair of the boards of the Indiana Hospital Association and Indiana Health Information Exchange, and he is board chair of Primaria Health. He also serves on the boards of the Richard M. Fairbanks Foundation and Central Indiana Corporate Partnership. Mills also chaired the board of the Boys and Girls Club of Noblesville.
