Community Physician Network welcomes new providers

Indianapolis, IN--- Community Physician Network, the integrated, multi-specialty physician group at Community Health Network, welcomes the following providers:

Suzanne Grannan, M.D., is a board-certified pediatrician who enjoys caring for children of all ages, from birth to young adulthood. She completed her medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine and her residency at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Before making the move to primary care at Community Physician Network, she spent the first part of her career in pediatrics as a newborn hospitalist. Dr. Grannan’s office is located at 8150 Oaklandon Road, Suite 130, Indianapolis.

Justin Hollen, M.D., is a family medicine physician who cares for patients of all ages. He completed his medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine in New Jersey and his residency at the Community Health Network Family Medicine Residency program. Dr. Hollens’ office is located at 10122 East 10th Street, Suite 210, Indianapolis.
