Anna Edwards, M.D., is a family practice physician accepting patients of all ages. She is interested in the effective use of electronic medical records, supporting healthy pregnancies, and surgeries and procedures accomplished in the office setting. Originally from Indianapolis, Dr. Edwards attended Park Tudor High School. She graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine and served her residency at Community Health Network Family Medicine Residency Program. Melissa Holt, M.D., is an OB/GYN physician and is interested in developing long-term relationships with her patients, providing care from adolescence to menopause and beyond. Dr. Holt enjoys all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology, but her specific clinical interests are minimally-invasive gynecologic surgery and high-risk pregnancy. Originally from Rochester, New York, Dr. Holt graduated from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York, and completed her residency at Indiana University Medical Center.
