Kokomo, IN---Community Howard Regional Health announced today that Angie Bowman, a Nurse Practitioner specializing in internal medicine, is now seeing patients in Kokomo.
Angie joins the Internal Medicine Care West practice with doctors Jerry Greer and Christopher Marino. Within internal medicine, Angie specializes in women’s care and has been certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners for 10 years.
Angie is an experienced provider who first started in the medical field 25 years ago as a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician. After becoming a nurse, Angie went on to work in different areas of Howard Regional Health System, including Med-Surge, Pediatrics and Labor and Delivery/NICU.
Angie has a special interest in women’s health and is continuing her education in functional medicine. Angie earned her Licensed Practical Nursing degree from Ivy Tech, BSN from Indiana Wesleyan University and later went on to complete the Nurse Practitioner program at Ball State University.
Angie and her husband Brett have two children and two goldendoodles. Angie enjoys traveling, hanging out with family and friends, being active in church, attending Broadway musicals in Indianapolis and NYC, Colts football, reading, shopping and crocheting.
